Working in Publishing Day
On Wednesday 23 February we held our annual Working in Publishing Day for all our MA Publishing and final year undergraduate publishing students. Representatives from 18 publishing companies attended, ranging from Macmillan and HarperCollins to Oxfam and Berg Publishing. Students had the opportunity to question panels of alumni and recruitment consultants and to meet in small groups with a number of specific publishers. The day finished with an informal drinks reception for all. We are very grateful to the wonderful support that the publishing industry provides for this event.
