Lucy is the Group Rights Director at HarperCollins Publishers Ltd. In 2009, Lucy was named the Frankfurt Book Fair Rights Professional of the Year at the British Book Industry Awards.  She joined HarperCollins Publishers UK in 1998 from HarperCollins in New York, where she had worked in international rights in the Trade Division for two years.  Prior to that, Lucy worked at Sterling Lord Literistic in rights, and at Writers House in scouting.
