Claire Thomas has worked in publishing for over twenty years. She is the Organisational Development and Talent Director for Penguin Random House UK, the UK’s leading publisher and home to some of the world’s most brilliant authors: from bestselling writers and bold illustrators, to big thinkers and political commentators, trailblazing entrepreneurs and wellbeing experts. Claire leads the recruitment and learning and development teams at Penguin Random House, who facilitate the company’s goals to hire, nurture and progress talent that is representative of our society and who help build a culture of belonging.
