Mary Cannam

Mary is Managing Director of Faber and Faber, and has been at Faber since 2003. Prior roles at Faber include Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director. She is also a Trustee of New Writing North.

Before Faber Mary spent 9 years with Waterstone’s in a variety of roles, including Branch Manager and roles in the Operations Department, at Head Office. She also worked at HarperCollins for a year. She was a Trustee of Yale University Press London from 2016-2020.

She has been a Board member since 2009.
