A view from behind the scenes
Esther Menell, former editor at André Deutsch Ltd, who worked with authors including Jean Rhys, V. S. Naipaul, and Norman Mailer, celebrates thirty years in publishing with the launch of her memoir, Loose Connections: From Narva Maantee to Great Russell Street.
Esther will be in discussion with Sally Bayley from the Rothermere Institute as chair, and former André Deutsch authors Clare Chambers and Jon Elkon.
This event is in association with the Oxford International Centre for Publishing Studies and the Society of Young Publishers, and is sponsored by Felicity Bryan Associates, Ingram Lightning Source, Book Machine and Atwood Tate.
