Harry Bingham: ‘Writers Working for Writers’

Harry Bingham, Author and Editorial Director of The Writers' Workshop, will be speaking at the Publishing Research Seminar Series at the Oxford International Centre for Publishing Studies.

This talk will explore Harry Bingham's double perspective on writing, as a writer and as an editor. He will speak about the author-publisher relationship in the 21^st century, issues and challenges that the relationship presents, and ways in which it could be improved.

As a continuation of his activities as a writer, he will introduce his business The Writers' Workshop, which offers editorial services to writers and would-be writers.

Harry Bingham is the author of five novels (The Money Makers, Sweet Talking Money, The Sons of Adam, Glory Boys and The Lieutenant's Lover), all from HarperCollins, and a non-fiction book, This Little Britain (Fourth Estate), an entertaining, argumentative romp through British history, full of surprising facts.
