‘Green Futures Magazine’: Hannah Bullock

Oxford International Centre for Publishing Studies

Publishing Research Seminar

Taking Place: Buckley BG10 in Semester 2 2007

Publishing with an editorial agenda?

Green Futures aims to lead the debate on how to achieve a sustainable future.  It raises questions such as ‘How green is my gap year?', interviews leading figures about environmental concerns, and explores issues including paper and ink use in the printing industries and sustainable travel and tourism.

Hannah Bullock will lead a discussion on publishing in a not-for-profit environment, where communicating a message and effecting change are more important drivers than profit.  What are the key concerns, challenges and opportunities in such an environment?

Hannah Bullock is Deputy Editor of Green Futures.  She has contributed to the Telegraph and the London-based N16 magazine, and has worked at Green Futures since 2003.
