Miriam Maus

Miriam Maus is Chief Publishing Officer at IOP Publishing (IOPP). As one of the world’s leading learned society publishers, IOPP has a portfolio of journals, books, conference proceedings and science news resources in the physical sciences. Prior to joining IOPP in 2021 Miriam worked for Wiley, and before that Blackwell Publishing, across a variety of operational and editorial roles, most recently as Vice President & Managing Director, Editorial Management. Miriam is a member of the Research4Life Executive Council and a trustee of the New Phytologist Trust; she also serves as IOPP’s representative on the Publishers Association’s Academic Publishers Council, having previously been a Member of Council of that organisation.
